1
Get the app
Turbo is in private beta — join the waitlist at turbo.co. Availability varies by region.
2
Create your account
Sign up in the app, then complete a standard identity check. It takes a few minutes and keeps your account secure. You’ll need to verify before you can deposit or trade.
3
Add funds
Deposit from the app. Your balance is held in USD, and the funds sit in a wallet only you control — see Security and custody for how that works. Details on methods and timing are in Deposits and withdrawals.
4
Place your first trade
Pick a market, choose long or short, and set your amount. Leverage is optional — if you’re new to it, read Leverage first and start small. Review the details, confirm, and you’re in.
5
Protect the position
Add a take profit and stop loss so the position manages itself while you’re away. You can adjust both at any time from the position screen.
Good to know from day one
- Markets don’t close. Prices are live whenever you open the app. See Markets.
- Know your worst case before you trade. On isolated-margin markets — most newer listings, including Pre-IPO names — your maximum loss is the margin you put behind the position. Some established markets use cross margin, which works differently. See Margin.
- Watch margin health. Each position shows how close it is to liquidation. Your balance explains every number on the portfolio screen.
- Withdraw whenever you like. No lock-ins, no withdrawal windows. See Deposits and withdrawals.
